S&P Pacific Landscaping (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through sppacificlandscaping.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

- Information you give us: when you request an estimate or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project location, the service you're interested in and any details you include in your message.
- Basic usage data: if website analytics are enabled, we collect anonymous or aggregated information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your estimate and provide the services you ask for.
- To schedule work and contact you about your project.
- To improve our website and services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website. They only process information as needed to provide their service:
- Web3Forms — delivers estimate-form submissions to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare D1 — the secure database where estimate requests are stored so our team can manage them. Only the business owners can sign in to view them.
- Google — email (Gmail), maps (only if you choose to load the interactive map) and, if enabled, Google Analytics.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they may set cookies or similar technologies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records). Requests that don't lead to a job are deleted after 24 months. TODO: client to confirm retention period
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it (subject to legal or contractual limits). To do so, email us at sppacificlandscaping@gmail.com.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure: the site uses HTTPS, stored requests are only accessible to the business owners through a password-protected admin area, and we never include your details in website analytics. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
